Measure A Group 10 Pavement Rehabilitation (CIP 18-001)
This project will resurface pavement on Nave Drive, portions of Bel Marin Keys Blvd., and possibly other priority streets as identified in the City's Pavement Management Program as funding will allow. Segments of Nave Drive are identified as the highest priority for resurfacing work based on the existing Pavement Condition Index. Where sidewalk exist along resurfaced streets, ADA compliant curb ramps will be installed/ upgraded per federal mandates as part of this project.
Nave Drive from Alameda Del Prado to Bel Marin Keys Blvd. Bel Marin Keys Blvd from Nave Drive to Digital Drive, Bolling Drive from Nave Drive to Marin Valley Drive. Other arterials and collectors are also being considered for resurfacing as part of this project as funding allows.
Improved road conditions, and improved vehicular, pedestrian and bicycle safety.
Project development work will take place during late 2017 and early 2018, and construction is anticipated to begin mid-2018.
$1,636,000 (includes a $1,448,000 Surface Transportation Program grant).
